Ranks, fees and payouts

Every store has a rank from 1 to 5, shown on its offers as R1–R5. New stores start at rank 1.

Ranks are assigned by the Varena Club team, based on how a store performs: completed orders, delivery times against the promised window, dispute outcomes and reviews. There is no automatic threshold — a person looks at the history.

A higher rank is a signal to buyers. It can also come with a lower commission, agreed per store.

The platform commission is 8% of the order total, deducted when the buyer confirms delivery. What remains is credited to your store balance.

There are no listing fees and no monthly fees. Stores with an agreed lower commission see their own rate applied automatically.

Payment processing is handled by our payment partner at checkout; the buyer's coin is settled to the marketplace in USDT.

Your available balance is everything released from escrow that has not yet been paid out. Request a payout of any amount up to that balance to a USDT (TRC-20) wallet address from the Payouts page.

Requests are reviewed and sent by our team; the transaction hash is recorded on the payout once it is paid. We do not charge a withdrawal fee.

Stores that are suspended cannot request payouts until the suspension is lifted.

Each offer states how it is delivered and the delivery window you commit to: instant code, in-game trade, account login or mail. Buyers see this before they pay, so keep it accurate — disputes are judged against what the offer said.
