1. The service
Varena Club is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of game digital assets and holds payments in escrow between them. We are not the seller of the items listed, and we do not guarantee that any offer is permitted by the rules of the game it relates to.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials and two-factor codes private.
3. Orders and escrow
Prices are shown in USD and settled in cryptocurrency through our payment partner. A price is locked for 20 minutes once an order is placed; unpaid orders expire after that window.
Confirmed payments are held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller when the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 72 hours after the seller marks the order delivered if no dispute is open. Refunds from escrow are decided by Varena Club under the dispute process.
4. Sellers
Sellers must describe offers accurately, deliver within the window stated on the offer and by the method stated, and hold the rights needed to transfer what they sell.
A platform commission of 8% of the order total, or the rate agreed for your store, is deducted from released funds. Payouts are made in USDT (TRC-20) to the address you provide; you are responsible for that address being correct.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, stolen accounts, chargeback abuse or money laundering.
- Listing items you do not have or cannot transfer.
- Taking a trade off the platform to avoid escrow or commission.
- Harassment, threats or abuse in chat.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and hold funds while a matter is investigated.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Varena Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for actions taken by game publishers against accounts or items traded here, or for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses you provide. Nothing here is investment advice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the bottom shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
