Escrow, disputes and identity

The buyer's payment never goes to the seller directly. Varena Club holds it from the moment it is confirmed until the buyer confirms delivery, then releases it to the seller minus the commission.

If the buyer neither confirms nor disputes, the order completes automatically 72 hours after the seller marks it delivered. Until then the money moves nowhere.

Either side can open a dispute from the order page while the order is in escrow, awaiting delivery or delivered. Funds are frozen the moment a dispute opens.

Use the order chat to share what happened — screenshots and evidence attach there and stay on the record. A member of our team reviews the history and decides: release to the seller, or refund the buyer.

Disputes are judged against the offer as it was written: game, platform, region, delivery method and window.

Stores submit identity verification from their store settings; our team reviews it and approves or asks again. The status is shown on the store page as it changes.

Stores can be suspended or banned for fraud, misdescribed offers or abuse. A suspended store cannot list, and its payouts are held until the matter is resolved.

Protect your own account: use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication. Our staff will never ask for your password or a one-time code.

If you paid, did not receive what the offer described, and opened a dispute in time, you get your money back from escrow. That is the guarantee — it is not an insurance policy on the item after delivery is confirmed, so check what you received before you confirm.

Regional items are flagged on the offer. Check that the region matches your account before you pay; region mismatches are not covered.
